Description
Floor standing 19th century circa 1830 country house mahogany wine cooler of octagonal form with inverted canted corners standing on 4 square cut legs with open work spandrels. The top opens to reveal the original lead lining for the ice with gilt detail to the top lip.
Presented in excellent condition with original lead lining there is some wear as expected to the gilt lip and a couple of cracks to the mahogany see picture 5 but the cooler is not compromised and is structurally sound with good hinges to the top.
